Do you want to support your period naturally but you don’t know where to start?

Well, you’ve come to the right place, my friend!

Today I want to share with you my favorite Young Living products that help me during my period by reducing my PMS symptoms and lessening my cramps.

Young Living has a program called “Subscribe to Save” where you can add items to a subscription box and get 24% off those items. You also earn loyalty points on every subscription box purchase that can then be redeemed for free products!

Today I’m giving you a nine-month shopping list— period-supporting order ideas for your first 9 Subscribe to Save boxes.

The shopping list I provide totals to at least $50 a month. I combined products to make this total because if your box is at least 50 PV (point value) then you get 10% back in product credit you can later redeem for free stuff!

However, your box DOES NOT have to total $50. If you want to spend less than that, just divide up the months where I have several items listed.

Another cool thing- This subscription box does not have to come to your doorstep every month! You can decide if you want to receive your box monthly, every 2 months or every 3 months.

So if you decide to order every other month or every 3 months, this shopping list will naturally take you longer to get through :)

Disclaimer: If you purchase through these links and/or join Subscribe to Save, I will receive a small commission from your orders. Thank you for your support in this way!

Month One: Stress Away Essential Oil Blend and Deep Relief Roller – $60.25

Stress Away is a great oil blend to have on hand for whenever you feel stressed out. I think it smells like a tropical vacation and I like to apply it to my inner arms each night before bed to help me sleep. Stress can impact your cycle and your hormones, so it’s very important to keep your stress levels managed.

The other product I recommend for month one is the Deep Relief roller bottle. Deep Relief was the first Young Living product I ever tried way back in 2015. I was in a really bad car accident and I felt extremely sore afterward. One of my mom’s friends gave me a bottle of Deep Relief to rub on my chest and that seriously helped the soreness fade.

Now, I like to use this roller bottle on my abdomen whenever I’m experiencing period cramps!

Month Two: Dragon Time Essential Oil Blend – $52.25

This oil blend is a MUST HAVE!

Dragon Time was formulated for that time of the month when you turn into a dragon ;) AKA- PMS.

I like to diffuse Dragon Time during my luteal phase (the week before my period starts). I’ve found that in the months where I’m consistent with that, my cramps are much lighter than the months where I forget to diffuse it.

Additionally, I’ve diluted this oil blend with fractionated coconut oil to create my own roller bottle to rub it directly onto my abdomen.

You can also smell this oil blend directly out of the bottle if you don’t have a diffuser yet.

Month Three: Lady Sclareol Essential Oil Blend – $58.50

Lady Sclareol is an oil blend that you don’t need to dilute, so I popped a roller cap directly onto the top of the oil bottle.

This is another blend that I use during my luteal phase. I roll it onto my stomach at least once a day during that week. Lady Sclareol has oils in it that are fantastic for women’s wellness and I like to use them to support my endocrine system.

Month Four: Progessence Plus Serum  & Dragon Time Bath & Shower Gel – $61.50

Progessence Plus is a serum that contains essential oils and bioavailable progesterone from wild yam extract. I use Progessence Plus once a day during my luteal phase to support my body’s natural production of progesterone.

Dragon Time Bath & Shower Gel contains the same oils as the Dragon Time blend only in a shower gel form. I use this (you guessed it!) during my luteal phase as another way to get the goodness of the oils in Dragon Time before my period starts.

Month Five: Clary Sage Essential Oil –
$50.75

Clary Sage is a great oil for supporting women’s wellness. It is a very soothing oil and is found in many of the blends listed in this post!

Month Six: Endoflex Vitality Essential Oil Blend & SclarEssence Essential Oil Blend – $43.75

Endoflex is an oil blend that supports your endocrine system (hormones). I use this blend throughout my cycle.

SclarEssence is another blend that contains oils that are great for women and our bodies!

Month Seven: Femigen & Super Cal Plus- $51.75

Femigen contains herbs such as wild yam, damiana, and dong quai, which may support the female body & reproductive system. I’ve found that Femigen gives me a libido boost!

Super Cal Plus contains calcium and magnesium- two things that are great for supporting your period!

Month Eight: CBD Muscle Rub – $109.95

This is the most expensive item on this list, but it’s one of my favorites so I had to include it!

Young Living’s CBD Muscle Rub is AMAZING for period cramps. I rub a bit on my abdomen and lower back and almost instantly the cramps seem to fade away.

Month Nine: NingXia Red – $76.00

NingXia Red is a supplement drink that tastes amazing and is great for your whole body! It contains so many antioxidants which help prevent oxidative stress, support normal cellular function, and promote healthy energy levels.

I drink NingXia almost every day during the month.

Another fun note: If you spend $100+ at a time, you receive free shipping!

So if you want free shipping, just combine two months together. Just know that the number of loyalty points might fluctuate a little bit :)

Your site looks great but I did notice that the word “Mountian” appears to be spelled incorrectly. I saw a couple small issues like this. I thought you would like to know!

In case you wanted to fix it, in the past we’ve used services from a websites like HelloSpell.com to keep our site error-free.
