My cousin Cody would have turned 21 today. He died on May 6, 2012 from Sudden Cardiac Arrest.  I participated in my high school’s choir my freshman, sophomore, and  junior years. During the fall of my freshman year, there were only seven students in the choir. There were five freshmen, one sophomore, and one senior. Although we were small in numbers, we were a very close group. Because we were so small, we had more opportunities that semester than the choir has had since. We took several field trips to a nursing home to sing to the residents there…. Read more »

Flashback time… I love hay bales. It’s so fun to run on them and to see if you can jump from hay bale to hay bale without falling. They’re also comfortable to lay on and just talk.  Two years ago, one of my besties, my neighbor, my brother and I made a trek to the field behind my house to play on the hay bales. We had a blast.
